HOW A BEAD IS BORN
This is not a mass-tourism demonstration, but a technical and informative meeting inside an authentic Venetian bead laboratory.
The Experience
The meeting takes place directly at the workstation (the workbench). You will be able to observe the technical stages of lampworking: from melting the glass cane to shaping the bead, up to hot decoration. The tools of the trade, temperature management, and color selection will be illustrated.
Exclusivity and Privacy
To guarantee the highest quality of the experience and a direct dialogue with the artisan, the laboratory is closed to the public for the entire duration of the booking. No other visitors will be present: the space and time are reserved exclusively for you (or your group).
The Work Environment
You will step into an authentic artisanal environment. You will not find a showroom set up for tours, but a living laboratory:
Technical workstation: The torch, the tweezers, and the historical tools of the "perler" (bead maker).
Raw materials: The vast range of colored Murano glass canes ready to be melted.

FROM FIRE TO JEWELRY
A two-phase journey to explore the art of the lampwork bead: from observing the technique to the practical creation of a handmade piece. The entire experience takes place in a laboratory reserved exclusively for you, without external interference.
Technical Demonstration (30 minutes)
The first part is dedicated to hot glassworking. You will be able to watch the creation of a bead directly at the workbench.
Stringing Workshop (30 minutes)
In the second part, the experience becomes hands-on. A selection of beads of our own production will be available for you to compose a customized bracelet.
You will have access to a variety of Murano glass beads, chosen for their shapes and workmanship, to match according to your taste.
You will be guided through the stages of stringing and technical closure of the bracelet, learning the criteria of balance and design typical of glass jewelry.
At the end of the session, you will have made a bracelet that will remain with you as a unique souvenir of this experience.

JEWELRY ATELIER
A service dedicated to those who wish to create a unique piece of jewelry by drawing directly from the studio’s archive. You will have access to our entire bead collection and the technical expertise of the artisan to compose a bespoke piece, crafted according to your aesthetic and technical preferences.
How the service works
The session is structured to offer you complete creative freedom, backed by professional guidance:
Access to the Archive: You will have access to our entire bead collection, from antique beads dating back to the early 1900s to the most modern ones crafted by us in the laboratory.
Design & Layout: You will be guided through the selection of combinations and chromatic rhythms. The artisan will share their expertise to advise you on the wearability and overall aesthetic appeal of the design.
Professional Crafting: The stringing will be completed on the spot by the artisan, using various materials and clasps based on the type of bead and the desired style.
Studio Exclusivity
Total privacy is guaranteed for this service as well: the laboratory will be closed to the public for the duration of your appointment. This allows you to choose your materials at your own pace, test combinations, and speak directly with the person who will physically craft your jewelry in a quiet, professional environment.
Pricing Structure
The cost of the service consists of two components:
Fixed Consultation & Assembly Fee (€35): Covers exclusive access to the laboratory, the artisan’s time, and technical workshop materials.
Variable Cost: Calculated based on the value and quantity of the beads actually selected during the session.

• Experiences
Will the studio really be reserved just for me?
Yes. To ensure privacy and an authentic experience, our doors are closed to the general public during your booked time slot. Only you (or your private group) and the artisan will be present in the studio.
What happens if I arrive late?
Since the studio is closed exclusively for you, the start time is strictly binding. A delay of more than 10 minutes may shorten the duration of your experience, so as not to interfere with subsequent bookings or workshop operations.
Is the experience safe? Can children partecipate?
Yes, children are welcome. The hands-on bead-stringing phase is a safe activity that involves no physical risks or dangerous tools. However, please keep the following in mind:
- Mandatory Supervision: The constant presence of a parent or a responsible adult is required for the entire duration of the experience. The studio does not provide childcare services; the accompanying adult holds sole responsibility for supervising the minor and managing their behavior within the workspace.
- Safety During the Demonstration: During the hot glassworking phase (lampworking), children must observe the technique from the safety distance indicated by the artisan to avoid any contact with the heat of the flame.
- Nature of the Experience: This activity is designed as a shared moment between adult and child within a real production environment, surrounded by delicate materials and professional equipment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Certainly. However, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Since the studio is reserved exclusively for you, a late cancellation prevents us from reorganizing our production schedule or welcoming other visitors. In the event of notice given less than 48 hours before the appointment, no refund can be issued.
• Personalized Stringing Service
Can I bring my own beads to be strung?
Our service is exclusively dedicated to beads produced in our own studio, in order to guarantee the technical compatibility of the holes and the final quality of the design.
How is the final price of the custom jewelry calculated?
You will pay a fixed fee for the consultation and technical assembly (as indicated on the website). The cost of the selected beads will be calculated during the session and settled in the studio, based on the value of the individual pieces you choose.
